What’s it like to be a young person living in a city that just experienced one of the most significant increases in cost of living? Or an established resident who is now threatened to be displaced by more affluent residents who have sparked new development and investment? Join visual anthropologist Esteban Gómez on a virtual tour of Denver, as he shares a moving look at how neoliberal policies, liked transit-oriented development (TOD) and school choice, have impacted the city’s health and education. He'll be joined by Senior Associate Dean Andrea Stanton for an open question and answer from the audience.
Guests are able to join the event either in person, which includes a reception prior to the event, or virtually. Details available in the registration confirmation.
