Welcome to Living Yolates at Absalon. Monday Mornings 7:45-8:45am, for a refreshing mix of movements to set the tone for the week ahead and Friday Afternoons 15:30-16:30, to release the work-week tension and creating space for weekend joy.
Living Yolates combines dynamic flows with restorative elements in a fun full body experience to shake off stress, improve circulation, and restore energy flow. Build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance while creating space in both body and mind. Through intentional movement and relieving stretches, you may leave feeling realigned, recharged, and ready to enjoy your weekend. The class is for all levels - everyone welcome!
About our teacher
Julia is a +600 hrs certified holistic yoga instructor. She has shared her love for yoga, wellness and art at Absalon through classes and workshops for the past 3 years. Join her and bring your smile to the Absalon Community!
