Kickstart your week with Living Yolates and wake up your body and mind with this energizing morning practice! Living Yolates combines yoga, pilates, dance, and mindful movement in a fun and dynamic experience. Build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance through flowing sequences and conscious movement. A class that aims to be more than an ordinary exercise class.
We will build long, lean muscles with uplifting energy, groove and natural strength. Join us for a refreshing mix of gentle and powerful movements to set the tone for the week ahead.
The class is for all levels.
About our teacher
Julia is a +600 hrs certified holistic yoga instructor. She has shared her love for yoga, wellness and art at Absalon through classes and workshops for the past 3 years. Join her on Monday morning and bring your smile to the Absalon Community!
