Living Without Fear

What is running your life - your aspirations or your fears?

Many of us are stuck in miserable situations that we just can't seem to find the momentum to break out of. It might be a unhealthy relationship, a miserable job, the inability to engage socially or just plain anxiety that never gives you a moment's rest. It's nothing new. Millions, if not billions of people struggle with the same issue.

Join me for a few hours of learning and implementing techniques to help you get the upper hand on your challenges. Cut short your learning curve by sharing time with someone who's "been there, done that".

This group, Living Without Fear, was created to help us address these personal fears. Through regular workshops, we aim to teach participants how to recognize and manage their fears so they don't become roadblocks in our lives.

The presenter, Edward Caulfield, is NOT a therapist, psychologist or an ...ist of any sort. He is just someone who has lived with the demons and is sharing what he has learned through experience and research.
