Living with Purpose: A Meditation and Practice Mini-Retreat for the spiritual of any or no religion
This Mini-Retreat is open to members of the UofA Community who want to explore what it means to Live with Purpose. Our time together will involve meditation and a dive into the practice of forgiveness valued across Humanist and Religious philosophies. This is a dogma free event meant to support everyone on their journey to deeper care for themselves and others.
This will be an LGBTQ+ inclusive space striving to value the dignity of every human being.
