About this Event

"How can I cope with overwhelming feelings as I grieve?"

"What can I do when I'm triggered by something and I'm tossed back into the past?"

These are just some of the questions we'll explore, as we share some practical ways to cope as you learn to live with loss.

Grief is an experience that changes constantly, despite the fact that the loss itself remains the same. The way you felt when you first experienced your loss is not the exact same on any day that's come after it. There may be deep dives into crushing depression or hopelessness and then unexplainable moments of peace. There may be moments of acceptance that give way to incredible anger. The twists and turns in grief require you to constantly adapt. Perhaps some additional coping tools can support you.

We've got some of those tools and we'd like to share them with you.

Join us for a special grief retreat. You'll be among a group of other tender hearts as we all explore the path you've been on in your grief and learn some "survival skills" for your mind, body, and spirit.

If you have joined us before, rest assured that there will be new elements in this retreat, as well as elements you told us you really enjoyed in our last retreat. If this is your first grief retreat of ours, you are in for a special experience.

We welcome you and feel privileged to support you in learning to live with loss.
