A FREE 6-week workshop designed to help you 'Live Well' with an ongoing health condition, like pain.
'Living Well with Chronic Pain' is a workshop that will teach you self-management tools such as: physical activity and exercise, evaluating treatment options, managing difficult emotions, action-planning and much more!
Every participant receives a free workbook, a gentle stretch exercise CD, and much more! Open to anyone that has chronic pain, that cares for someone with pain, or a friend that wants to learn more about chronic pain!
