About this Event

This course consists of 6 weekly sessions: 6 x course sessions, all sessions 10am-12.30pm(2.5 hours).

session 1 - Monday 16th September

session 2 - Wednesday 25th September

session 3- Monday 30th September

session 4 - Wednesday 9th October

session 5- Wednesday 16th October

session 6- Wednesday 23rd October

Additional Supports

Participants receive a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and participant's handouts at the first session.
