Join us as we bring in the knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming professionals from The Center for Physical Rehabilitation to provide an educational series focused on helping you stay active, independent, and informed at every stage of life. Feel free to attend one, two, or all three of the session dates outlined below.September 17 - The Mystery of Aging Well: Explore three key habits that can positively shape your aging journey, plus a surprising "wildcard" factor that may be more important than you think. Learn how small, intentional choices can lead to a more fulfilling and active life.
October 15 - Fall Prevention & Balance: One in four adults over 65 experiences a fall each year. Discover why balance declines with age, what increases fall risk, and practical steps you can take to stay steady, confident, and injury-free.
November 12 - Injury Prevention for the Adult Athlete: From running and tennis to golf and weekend workouts, active adults face unique injury risks. Learn about common issues and how to prevent them—plus treatment tips and time for your questions.
Fee: $5/participant/session - pre registration is encouraged, but not required.
