Living Spring Willow Wreath Workshop

Spring Wreath, fill with bulbs, watch them grow and burst into flower. Using lovely natural willow to weave a fresh spring wreath just for the joy of it. Its going to perk your front door up no end as we will be planting seasonal bulbs into the little woven pockets you make. Tucking the bulbs in with damp moss to keep them hydrated and adding your flourishes of spring in the form of catkins, blossom, hawthorn. Whatever is in the hedgerow at that time.

You will be using semi green willow, cut from the plot in Northumberland. Which means we have an array of gorgeous colours to weave with. From lime greens to oranges to yellows. You can hand choose your ribbon to compliment the natural hues.

By bike, I have a yard to leave it in.

By metro, I am 5 mins walk between Cullercoats and Whitley Bay metro.

By car, there is a free car park 200m next to Boots the Chemist. Saturday there is no restriction.

Alma Place, Margaret Road or just further down Whitley Road there is all day parking.

Suitable for 16+ due to sharp tools.
