This workshop is designed to help Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and Empaths understand their unique relationship to themselves and the world around them and by doing so regain their power and integrate their expression for a purposeful life.
By understanding this sensitivity as a gift to humanity rather than a curse or character flaw, Empaths and HSPs can navigate relationships, careers, and stressful situations in a way that feels aligned, without sacrificing their true nature.
Only around 20% of the population are HSP and up to 3% of the population are Empaths, they play an important role. This course will help you understand your sensitivity and navigate life in a healthy, aligned way while meeting with other like-minded and like-experience people.
