Living Room Sessions: Guillermo

Founder of San Francisco’s "Sweater Funk DJ Crew", Guillermo, is bringing top-shelf 80's funk with a touch of soulful boogie to make you move and groove in our living room.

Sweater Funk DJ Crew has been the city’s most dedicated purveyors of boogie since the summer of 2008. Their vision to bring boogie, strictly on vinyl originals, to the masses earned them a diehard following who packed their events wherever they went!

Come early for drinks and stay for the music. DJ Guillermo takes over Vol. 004 of the SHACK15 Living Room Sessions, 7pm to 9pm.

About Guillermo:

Guillermo is a San Francisco based DJ with 20+ years in the booth. Cofounder of the Sweater Funk all vinyl all boogie party and host of Spill The Wine which concentrates on Latin soul, oldies and Chicano rock. Guillermo plays all sorts of soulful and funky sounds in San Francisco and beyond.

Fault Radio is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to creating a center for modern electronic music and DJ culture in the Bay Area. Originally conceived as a pop-up live video streaming platform, they have grown and evolved with the needs of their community and today are creating a unique archive of DJ sets, live performances, photos, and interviews that represent the brilliance of the Bay Area’s underground and serves to elevate local culture and preserve it for generations to come.
