You’ll be guided through a grounded, embodied process that allows insight to emerge safely and organically:

We begin with breathwork to regulate the nervous system, creating a stable foundation for deeper awareness. From there, we gently explore intuitive movement, inviting the body to release what words alone cannot. Through reflective journaling, you’ll translate these symbolic and emotional impressions into conscious understanding.

This is not about “getting the right interpretation”, it’s about learning to listen inwardly and trust what arises.
