About this Event
Students will have the opportunity to move through the Potter Library and hear from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander speakers who generously share their personal stories, lived experiences, and wisdom. Each “Living Book” offers a unique story that invites reflection, understanding, and respectful dialogue.
The afternoon will begin with a light afternoon tea, providing a relaxed space for students to gather before engaging in the Living Library experience.
In the spirit of National Reconciliation Week, this experience invites students to listen with open hearts, grow in understanding, and strengthen our shared commitment to truth, respect, and reconciliation.
Speakers include:
Uncle Marshall Saunders (dormitory boy)
Belinda Miller (TV producer)
Marlon Riley (cultural tutor)
Nathan Jarro (barrister)
