We will be looking at time. How much time do we spend in our past, rehashing old events, our mistakes, our triumphs? Or, how much time do we spend musing, dreaming of how we would like things to be in the future?

We are living is a time of much turmoil in the world. This book offers insights in changing our focus. Eckhart Tolle speaks of the power of being in the present moment as the only time to be able to experience the fullness of life, and a way out of suffering into peace.

Our facilitators:

Susan and Bill Seale have been Science of Mind Practitioners since 2004. Having retired a few years ago, they have immersed themselves more fully at the Ventura Center for Spiritual Living by teaching classes as well as taking more classes as they continue on their spiritual journey.

They have lived in Ventura since 1998 and love this place and people that they call home. They have three adult children and one grandchild that that keeps them young!
