This six-week workshop helps people who are living with or at risk for high blood pressure (hypertension) or other chronic health conditions learn:

How to manage their symptoms and medications.
Relaxation techniques to ease pain, stress, and fatigue
How to create an exercise routine
Healthy eating strategies
