After early independent releases of ‘The Flying EP’ (experimental and vinyl only) and ‘The Naked EP’ (acoustic)
LiVES moved towards a more guitar lead style with his first full length album ‘Bayonne 21’ and has gone heavier still with his forthcoming singles and album in 2024...

LiVES (aka Peter Chisholm) was the singer and guitarist with cult UK rock duo The Sea (along with his brother Alex on drums) he released 3 studio albums and played over 1000 concerts and festivals (including: Glastonbury, CMJ, SXSW, Eurosonic and supported Muse, The Kills and James Morrison on UK and European tours)
As well as having 3 songs in Kerrang Magazine’s ‘Top 10 Songs of the Week Chart’ and being ‘Record Of The Week/Month’ in; The Guardian, The Fly, Rocksound and CMJ Magazine he has also had several radio hits with songs such as: New York, Love Love Love and Get Up Stand Up Die.
His music is used on T.V, film and advertising throughout the world including; BBC, Canal Plus, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Warner Bros, ESPN, CBS, MTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and many major brands for advertising.
He has written for and with James Morrison, Bob Geldof, Sony BMG and collaborated with producers such as John Cornfield ( Muse, Supergrass, Oasis, Razorlight ) and Pete Briquette (Tricky, Boomtown Rats, Renaud, Glen Hansard)
