Liverpool Hope University Festival of Futures

Hope Festival of Futures is a celebration of ideas. You will have the opportunity to learn more about five key global issues from researchers and external guest speakers, and work in groups to come up with solutions to specific challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills, including:

• Critical thinking
• Analysis
• Collaboration
• Communication
• Problem-solving
• Presenting

You will explore:

• Being human in the age of AI
• Peaceful futures
• People and place
• Socially just futures
• Sustainable futures

You will have an opportunity to discover all five themes over the course of the festival, with a chance to celebrate your work with your fellow Hope students with comedy nights and social events.

We would like to extend our invitation to the Festival to our local Liverpool community, partners and friends of Liverpool Hope locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. The Festival and Fringe events are filled with workshops that are experiential and seek to encourage participants in the conversation about the grand challenges we face and how we can be part of the solution.
