Join us at The Studio at Midtown for a body weight fitness class suitable for all!

Organized by LiveElevate, the event will feature refreshments and local sponsors with proceeds to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. Whether you're experienced or looking to try a new activity, there's something for everyone!

Bring your friends and family along with a yoga mat if you have one for an evening of movement, refreshments, and community.

Participation is by donation with a suggested minimum of $25 per person. Kids are welcome to join for free when alongside a parent.
