Jim McKinley, is a dynamic Leadership Speaker, Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. After 25 highly successful years in technology sales, he moved to enablement and currently serves as the Director of World-Wide Sales Enablement at ProofPoint. Jim heard Zig Ziglar say, "You can have everything in life you want if you help enough other people get what they want." That statement moved him so much that he began to learn more about his profession to be able to earn and give more. He desires to help others achieve tremendous success. That is his passion!

He holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizatioal Development from the University of Texas-Dallas, and holds Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is currently working on his Doctorate in Leadership at Liberty University.
