LIVE ZOOM: Filing for Probate Conservatorships in Los Angeles County

--- CLASSES WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM. ZOOM INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED TO REGISTRANTS PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME ---This class will focus on how to file for a probate conservatorship in Los Angeles County. With an emphasis on forms, the class will explain the court process and what needs to be done to obtain certified Letters of Conservatorship.

Instruction is explained in four phases:

• What documents need to be filed to get a case number and court date
• What documents need to be prepared and served once a hearing is set and how to prepare for it
• What documents need to be prepared after the hearing for appointment
• What documents need to be completed to finalize appointment of a conservator
