• Personalized Mantra Matcha crafted by Trica, Owner of Matcha Mantra Mondays
• Guided Breathwork by Ciara, PHD, RYT-500 (Child Friendly, All Levels-whether you have never meditated or are a walking meditation)
• Healthy-ish Snacks

Everything is optional. We will have a guided breathwork meditation led by Ciara, who is a 500hr registered breathwork and yoga teacher with specialized training and expertise in culturally grounded and trauma informed practices. The breathwork practice is to support with kids and adults connecting to our breath. We will learn different exercises to use for varying situations and throuhgout our days.
