This night at Wussow's will feature a bit of a variety show:
Thor & the Wregulars
Thor Leseman is a singer/songwriter known for artfully weaving passionate lyrics about life, love, and the ultimate pursuit of freedom. Combined with a soulful punching guitar that is rooted in folk and country but explores expressions of rock, punk and American bluegrass. In the last year and a half he's worked to pull in a variety of new musicians and elements into his performance to give a full band experience.
Unattractive Giant Monster
This group mutated and grew from the depths of the Twin Cities in Minnesota; absorbing all kinds of punk rock from Devo to Diarrhea Planet and bonding over the cosmic comedic gumbo of Tim Robinson, these 5 dudes formed to create an unstoppable musical monster!
Woodblind
Jason Wussow and Veikko Lepisto have been playing stripped-down, acoustic ska as Woodblind since the tail end of 2013. Though they often perform as a duo, with just a guitar and stand-up bass, they also call on a wide cast of supporting players at times.
