10 Approaches to working with Trauma For Clients & Therapists
About this Event

Have you been through a traumatic childhood? Abusive relationships? Or feel you are stuck in the past after a painful experience? This was me twenty years ago, been through a difficult childhood, and abusive relationships. I have spent the last ten years trying to understand how to help myself and build up my life again. I studied three counseling schools, bodywork, and energy work, traveled the world to learn from other cultures. Now I feel I am on a mission to share my experience with those who are on a healing journey and therapists who work with clients. I do believe we are all on a healing journey just at different stations, and for therapists when you go first through this you would be fully present for your clients.

My approach works in a holistic way, talking therapies alone will not help, as Trauma affects the body, mind, emotions, and our core, sometimes we don’t even have the words to describe what happened to us, however, the body remembers all the time. My approach will support you connecting with your inner self, finding peace within it is the first step where you can see there are so many ways to heal and give you hope in your journey:

1. Psychodynamic.

2. Gestalt therapy.

3. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

4. Polyvagal Theory

5. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

6. SIBAM model

7. NLP

8. The 4 Elements.

9. EFT.

10. IFS.
