With a gentle blend of affirmations, guided reflection, and simple visualization,you’ll create space to reconnect with your inner voice and return to what matters most—YOU.
Together, we’ll release what doesn’t belong to you, recognize the energy that does, and lovingly call your power back home. Through heart-centered focus and sacred space visualization, you’ll begin to shift low vibrations into peace, clarity, and joy.
Join Indigo in this compassionate, interactive experience. It’s not about doing it “right”—it’s
about creating space to breathe, feel, and set intentions that support the life you’re ready to live.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket and water. Wear comfortable clothes.
Every other Monday at 12:45-1:45pm. Starting May 5th . Cost: $15.00
