About this Event
Snowline's Live Well for Brain Health
This no-cost, 4- Class educational series is designed for people with cognitive impairment/early stages of dementia and their caregivers/loved ones who want to learn more about Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. Topics covered include: dementia knowledge and disease progression, communication, diet & exercise, purpose, routines & sleep and self-care for the caregiver. We will also offer monthly parallel respite/enrichment support groups for people with cognitive impairments/early stage dementia and for caregivers.
This series will be held as hybrid meetings (Teams link will be emailed with confirmation of registration).
