Today we’re going to take a stroll through PART OF THE 10TH ARRONDISSEMENT OF PARIS, visiting the famous PLACE DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE, the site of many protests and the SYMBOL OF OUR DEMOCRACY with its giant statue. We’ll also be visiting the CANAL SAINT MARTIN, a canal that has been full of history for 200 years, from a working-class area with canals to a slightly seedy area that’s also a romantic spot, in short a very surprising cocktail. Let’s really hope the weather’s good, because we’ll be there at sunset and the view from the canals is superb!
