-Experience a 60-minute U-Jam ‘House Party’ (master class)
-Discover the science behind the workout and how to design a safe and effective class experience
-Breakdown the choreography & technique for two U-Jam routines
-Learn our student minded approach to teaching and how to build connection and community in and outside of class
