You've been to trivia, but have you been to Live Crossword? Join Black Crossword creator, Juliana Pache, for a fun and interactive Juneteenth edition of live puzzling at Liz's Book Bar! Participants will be given blank mini crossword puzzles and Juliana will read out clues. Everyone will be given ten seconds per clue to come up with the correct answer on their sheet. First to solve the puzzle wins. A round of trivia will determine the final winner. Prizes will include free drinks from the bar (and more).

Before launching her businesses, she worked as a media professional leading social strategy at brands such as The FADER and Rolling Stone. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.Frustrated by the dearth of Black people creating puzzles or appearing as clues, Juliana Pache launched Black Crossword (blackcrossword.com) at the beginning of 2023.
