Adam Wagoner is the founder of the Denver-based architecture, consulting and production firm High, Low, Buffalo and host of Colorado’s architect interview podcast, ARCHITECT-ING. A graduate of Kansas State University and Yale, he previously worked for a dozen different firms in three different countries but has been rooted in Denver since 2016.
Adam has a passion for connecting with other architects and learning from their experiences. Since moving to Colorado, he has worked to build an engaging network of local architects and designers. Amid the 2020 pandemic shutdown, Adam decided to record these conversations and broadcast the stories of Colorado’s best designers with the goal of creating a stronger local community. That project became ARCHITECT-ING which has now expanded from remote interviews to also include live events and social meetups.
At the University of Colorado Denver CAP, Adam has also taught a number of graduate and undergraduate architectural design studios as well as a series of seminars that explore the intersection of graphic representation, architectural precedent and storytelling.
