Guatemala’s Doctor Nativo is one of Central America’s most exciting new talents. His music layers Mayan spirituality, social activism and folk wisdom over a propulsive, popular sound combining reggae, cumbia, hip-hop and pre-Columbian instruments. His debut album, Guatemaya, is a call for social justice for his country’s Indigenous majority. It came out on Guatemalan Independence Day, September 15, 2018, and was presented at Lincoln Center in New York by Stonetree Records.
Please note: Seating for this performance is purchased by the table.
Locations are assigned in the order of purchase in parties of up to four guests based on reservation type.
