You’ll fall hard for the Bard in THE SEUSSIFICATION OF ROMEO AND JULIET, live on stage July 14-16 at Ocala Civic Theatre!The Capitulates and the Monotones feel about each other the way Sam-I-Am feels about green eggs and ham. But in spite of their feuding families, star-crossed youngsters Romeo and Juliet love each other like the Cat in the Hat loves trouble. Sublimely silly, Peter Bloedel's whimsical reinvention of Shakespeare’s romantic tale – as told by Thing One and Thing Two, in rhyming couplets – is a lot more magical than tragical. Oh, the laughs you will laugh when Seuss is on the loose in Verona!

THE SEUSSIFICATION OF ROMEO AND JULIET is directed by Dani Moreno-Fuentes. Scenic, props, and projections designer is Nikki Bonfiglio. Costume designer is Chloe Curtis. Lighting designer is Katherine “Jack” Foust. Sound designer is Jazmine Whipple. Technical assistant is Harper Nieb.
Live on stage July 14-16 at Ocala Civic Theatre, there will be three performances of THE SEUSSIFICATION OF ROMEO AND JULIET:

• Monday, July 15 at 7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 16 at 7:30 p.m.
