🌿 Flow & Find Your Groove: Join us for a truly unique yoga experience blending movement, nature, and live music right in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs!🪷 Come unroll your mat among the beautiful greenery at The Living Room, the Spring's favorite plant store, for an all-levels Vin-Yin Style Yoga Flow.
🧘🏻♀️The flow will be led by Kandace Lytle of BiblioYoga, easing you through a practice that starts with a warming, active Vinyasa, then melts into deep, restful Yin poses—it's the perfect blend of effort and surrender.
🎶 Your entire practice will be set to live music from local singer-songwriter Mal Price, whose intricate and articulate storyteller sound, as if he’s reciting a fable or leading a singalong in a candlelit tavern, will transfix you.
🪴 Surrounded by lush, living plants in one of the most beautiful spaces in the city, you'll find a peaceful oasis to connect with yourself and your community. All levels are welcome!
✨ The cost is just $12 (Cash or Venmo accepted at the door). Be sure to bring your yoga mat and water bottle, and arrive a little early to grab your spot!
