Live Music Yoga Jam

We’ve created an amazing experience of live music blended our yoga class. The energy is very difference than any traditional class. It’s a fun, light hearted, playfulness to encourage tapping into your youthful inner-spirit. Andrew Simmons is a multi-talented instrumentalist/ vocalist who plays guitars, flutes, harmonium, didgeridoo, singing bowls and more. Diego Sanchez is a fantastic drummer able to continuously create super fun beats to move your body. Jason Kierce is a very experienced yoga teacher who taps into the flow of music to guide the class and in turn inspire the music in new ways every time. The class becomes true synergy of music, flow and all students together as One. In this 75 min class we’ll have an extended shavasana with sound bathing and healing to align your chakras and bring your spirit to otherly dimensions for ultimate peace and relaxation.
