Join us for a very special experience in the beautiful, newly restored Brighton Barn on Westfall Road.
Yoga teacher Lynne Boucher of Yoga Revolution (www.rocyogarevolution.com) will lead a 60 minute yoga practice that will lift your heart and soothe your soul. Lynne will guide you through an open-level slow-flow practice as Mike Boucher and Keri Donohue add instrumental and vocal music to enhance your experience of connection with yourself and everyone around you.

This event is open to beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
