Join us for a very special experience in the beautiful, newly restored Brighton Barn on Westfall Road. Yoga teacher Lynne Boucher of Yoga Revolution (www.rocyogarevolution.com) will lead a 60 minute yoga practice that will lift your heart and soothe your soul. Lynne will guide you through an open-level slow-flow practice as Mike Boucher and Keri Crowley add instrumental and vocal music to enhance your experience of connection with yourself and everyone around you.
