At 8:00 PM EST, we welcome the Twangtown Paramours to the stage! The Nashville-based husband-and-wife duo The Twangtown Paramours—Mike T. Lewis and MaryBeth Zamer—have earned a loyal following with their unique blend of soulful folk, blues, and Americana. Known for outstanding musicianship, heartfelt songwriting, and engaging performances, they have received widespread critical acclaim for their award-winning recordings. Their newest album, The Wind Will Change Again, released in January 2025, debuted at #1 on the Folk Alliance International Chart, placed six songs in the chart's Top 10, and finished as the #3 folk album of the year. The acoustic collection highlights the duo's emotional songwriting, rich harmonies, and musical versatility. Since forming in 2007, The Twangtown Paramours have received numerous honors, shared the stage with acclaimed artists, and built a reputation for creating memorable, emotionally resonant music that continues to captivate audiences. At 7:30 PM EST, we welcome back singer-songwriter Greg Trafidlo. Greg performed at 3rd Street on our opening night in April of 1987, frequently ever since (we lost count long ago). He has shared the stage with the top names in the business – Tom Paxton, Bill Monroe, Kathy Mattea, Emmylou Harris, Peter Yarrow, John Prine, and many others. His songs have been performed by Pete Seeger, Robbie Fulks, Bob Zentz, the Lynchburg, Virginia Symphony, and others. He is one third of the powerhouse folk trio "Trifolkal" (along with Laura Pole and Neal Phillip) and they just released new CD "All Shall Be Well”. Check him out at https://gregtrafidlo.com/.
