Live Music @ The Congregation Detroit

Join us on July 13th with The Shake Ups at the Congregation Detroit.

Shake Ups is comprised of some of the finest musicians in Metro Detroit. Individually, they have appeared with a variety of nationally known artists, including Roberta Flack, Curtis Sumter, Bobby McFerrin, Darmon Meader, and Ian Anderson, to name a few. Members have performed at a variety of the top listening venues in Michigan and beyond, including The Ark, the famed Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, as well as a plethora of festivals. They are all fine songwriters/arrangers, and are known for their rich harmonies, wonderful feel for blues and soul, and fun on-stage manner. They’ve been nominated for and won a variety of Detroit Music Awards over the last 20 years. Members are: John Jacobs - Guitar/Vocals Tracy Kash - Vocals/Keys/Flute Pat Shanley - Guitar/Vocals
