About this Event

Shauna Dean Cokeland is an acoustic folk punk artist with lyricism beyond her years and over 500,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram, comprised of real, engaged fans who know all the words to her songs—even the unreleased ones. Hailing from a small beach town in Maryland with dreams of taking over the world as the “Last Best Pop Star”, as her long anticipated single asserts, she is bold and confident and weaves tantalizing stories in her songs. Inspired by all things 2000s, Britney Spears, Eminem, Kesha, Tyler Childers, and low rise jeans, her infectious brand of Y2K nostalgia combined with a teenage passion for both emo and country music has fostered a sense of community among the Gen Z that’s hard to put into words.

The Last Arizona is melodic and lyrical emo-inflected folk punk from central PA, a hotbed of folk punk that also gave the emergence of Apes of the State and Local News Legend. The project of Emma Blair Lauzon, she has toured extensively over the last decade, tallying 85 shows in 2025 alone across the US and UK in stranger's homes, on beaches, in the woods, or anywhere folks can gather. Now based in northern Virginia, The Last Arizona is writing songs for t4t dogs, punks with a soft spot, and cis men with something to learn about themselves. She’s also a massive fan of Tottenham Hotspur, but hopefully you won’t hold that against her.

Stargazer is an acoustic emo/anti-folk punk(ish) band fronted by Audrey Valentine. Her main stylistic influences include early 2000's emo pop-punk artists like My Chemical Romance; as well as 2010's indie folk rock acts like The Front Bottoms, Dear and the Headlights, and Art Sorority. She is currently in the process of recording the band's first proper EP, I don't owe me anything. In recent months, Stargazer has also grown to occasionally include both Nadja Wenby, who plays drums, and Iris, who plays bass.

Thee Trashcan is Maryland native Milo Paul’s latest attempt to make folk a bit punker, or punk a bit folker. They like screaming, crop tops, and will learn to play their instruments eventually. Check out their split with Rosslyn Station!
