LIVE MUSIC :Ostinato and Joe Lally, Jerry Busher & Yanni live in Concert

Get ready for an electrifying night of live music with Ostinato! Hailing from the DC/NOVA scene since 1997, Ostinato delivers bombastic, echo-laden, psychedelic sounds with relentless intensity. After releasing three albums, touring widely, and taking a long hiatus, they’re back — now a powerhouse quartet based in Charlottesville, featuring a second guitar and brand-new material in the works.

Joe/Jerry/Yanni : Joe is a member of The Messthetics and Fugazi and Jerry had been a longtime collaborator with Fugazi and played in multiple DC area bands including Shadow Riot and Fidelity Jones. Yanni Papadopoulos is the guitarist of Philly based doom jazz luminaries Stinking Lizaveta. This will be their first live performance in this iteration.

Ostinato is a mostly instrumental band originating in the DC/NOVA scene in 1997. Their sound is bombastic, echo-laden, and psychedelic with a driving intensity behind it. After releasing 3 albums, touring extensively, and taking a long hiatus, they are now back and writing new material for a new album.
