Join Buddy Knox Project supported by Anyerin for a fabulous night of music at Warners Bay Theatre in July!Buddy Knox is recognised as Australia's own BB King and is one of our finest First Nations artists. One of our Australia's finest guitar players, vocalist and storytellers, Buddy Knox delivers a show with his band of 3 children in a world class blues show you will never forget.
Buddy Knox grew up in Tamworth NSW and his guitar skills have been carving up the Blues scene around Australia since 2007, having notched his Blues-belt with all the big-ticket Australian festivals (on main stages) from Bridgetown to Bluesfest.
Anyerin is the frontman from the electrifying original blues band from Newcastle, Jack and The Axes. Influenced by classic artists like John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie-Ray Vaughan, BB King and Jo Bonamassa, the band brings their their expression and appreciation to the blues tradition.
Anyerin brings gutsy vocals, emotional guitar lines and killer harmonica solos. When performing as Jack and The Axes, Anyerin is joined by bassist Danny McKibben and drummer Aiden Smith.
