About the Artist:
She’s Back, after being featured on the Oxygen Networks reality show “Fix My Choir” with Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child and gospel singer Deitrick Haddon of Preachers in L.A., also on the Oxygen Network.
Her recent works includes:
1. The Award-winning mini-series “Game Over” produced by Miller-Bell Media Productions, cast as the reporter.
2. International Award- winning Author - Snippets of Peace: My Devotion
3. 2nd book Reflections of the Mind, Mirror of the Soul is soon to be released from the Publisher, Inspiring Insights.
• Talent Coordinator for the music video Queen Of The World; ~~2015 “Deena, who has extensive skills, expertise in diverse areas of creativity, healing and spirituality provided the “Divine Right” people for us to complete the music recording of this video. • Talent Coordinator, Choreographer and performer for the Rock Band BLT Members which included guitarist Jimmy Wilsey of Chris Isaak's band Silvertone ~~2001; An 11-piece ensemble, played the Sunset Room, Hollywood CA.
• Studio background artist for R & B superstars such as Bobby Womack, Mary Wells and others.
• Deena has also performed as a member of the tribute touring group the Platters.
As a member of the staff at California Performing Arts Academy, formerly a teacher at Cedar Performing Arts Academy where she taught “Rainstick Grooves: Fitness, Dance, Performance and Meditation, she inspires the youth of the Antelope Valley to express their own unique personalities through movement, song, and personal development teaching voice and stage preparation for shows such as America’s Got Talent.
Deena’s passion for creating spaces for children to develop their talents drives the development of the Concert Series Love Train, which will feature the O’Jays and the world’s children.
As Ceremony Director for the highly active non-profit Spiritual Unity Movement, Deena leads a team of people whose passion is in the creating of heart centering, mind opening, inspirational multi-media World Healing Meditation Ceremonies.
Producer of music for Sunday Service, Special Events, Christmas Pageants and Concerts; Deena served as the Music Director for the Center For Spiritual Living Antelope Valley.
