About this Event

Theme desire is the spacious, plangeant music that David Flaherty makes at night: a computer, keyboards, & a hushed voice. He is joined in concert by Sam Decker (guitar, tenor saxophone) and Molly Raney (vocals, synth).

Maximilian Gordon builds beautiful and experimental sonic worlds with brass, keyboard and live looping.

Isac Petruzzi is a 4th world acolyte working with minimalist aleatoric processes. His beloved Kurzweil K2500 is broken and he imagines it to be the consciousness of its creator Ray Kurzweil, trapped in his own slop purgatory of a singularity. He will present works composed from the dying gasps of the K2500 as well as for the trombone and double bass.
