Step into a unique experience where guided mindfulness harmonises with live, improvised Handpan and Acoustic Keys—a kaleidoscope of sound unfolding in the present moment, to support you to rest your body and mind deeply.
Mindfulness invites us to be fully present—attuned to each breath, each sensation, and each sound—without judgement or striving. In this session, you are invited to simply listen, breathe, and feel. No effort. No goal. Just presence.
Embody the vibrant energy of the Full Moon in Aries through gentle loosening exercises to release tension and awaken body awareness. Flow into a meditation that encourages release and renewal, ushering clarity and courage to embody your true self with compassion.
Immerse yourself in the warm resonance of the handpan and the soothing tones of the acoustic keyboard, weaving a journey inward, supporting reflection, ease, and connection.
Intuitively created by Vincent Ong, Tony Hole and Jen Hill, this session supports you to reduce stress and tension, bask in presence, and reconnect with your deepest values and intentions.
Bring a yoga mat if you wish to lie down, wear comfortable clothing, bring some water and enjoy this collective moment of shared unity under the full moon’s radiant light. Chairs are provided.
