Live Model Figure Drawing

These figure drawing sessions (Aug 17, Aug 28) are open to artists of all levels to attend and develop their skills working from a semi-clothed live model.

The session will begin with the model taking several short poses, eventually progressing to longer poses. Limited art supplies may be available but attendees are encouraged to bring their own. Attendees may work in charcoal, pencil, pastel, watercolor, and digital mediums.

This event is being hosted as part of Raphael Galvis' artistic residency at Sanctuary. He will be available for assistance at attendees' request.

Sanctuary is located at 1519 Decatur St in Ridgewood, Queens. Suite 104 can be found going down the stairs and taking a left at the kitchen.
