This continuing education course provides the basics of how to teach sensitive populations (including those recovering from trauma or personal challenges) using asana, energy, breath, meditation, and mindfulness practices. Training includes sample curriculum and activity prompts, and 10 CE credits with Yoga Alliance.Dates: Sunday August 11, 2024 12:30-6:30pm EST
Online participation available for non-locals!

Cost: $250 per person
Proceeds directly benefit Yoga Recovery Pittsburgh's Scholarship Fund
All training materials and sample classes, curriculum, and activity prompts will be provided. Open to any RYT-200 (or above) instructor.
