Live Life Better with Camden Libraries and our Partner RICOH.

These sessions will take place in the Crowndale Centre which is attached to Camden Town Library. There is a morning and an afternoon session, they will both have the same content so please book the session that is more suitable for your schedule.

Focusing on raising awareness around health and wellbeing, this workshop will demonstrate how to implement strategies to support you through the ups and downs of life.

You’ll explore evidence based methods to start thriving - not just surviving; through this informative, interactive, supportive and engaging workshop, enhance your wellbeing and start to live life better.
