Well this is a great opportunity to come along to my Live Laugh Love event at the TCR The Hub in Barnard Castle in beautiful surroundings in spring.
I have created this day just for you to experience ways to feel great, and to really lean into some mindful practices that will leave you feeling refreshed, loving life more and most of all loving yourself.
Live Laugh Love is all about connection to self and others. Gathering as a community of people sharing a fun relaxing day in a beautiful space
This is your chance to experience some transformational practices, which have helped me over time, bringing more joy, peace and gratitude in my life.
