About this Event

Welcome to the Live Healthy Chicago Community Health Worker Training!

While this training is designed for community health workers, this event is open to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge and experience with taking high-quality high blood pressures.

This in-person event will be hosted by UChicago Medicine's Urban Health Initiative, where attendees will gain valuable skills to support their communities in leading healthier lives.

Pre-requisite: Please complete the American Heart Association training prior to attending this in-person event. The 3.5-hour online training can be accessed here: CHW Training Program

Please bring a blood pressure cuff, if possible.

Coffee and light snacks will be provided. Please bring lunch.
