ABOUT THE ARTISTS:

Christina Sochor is a 22-year-old Florida-raised jazz pianist and composer. She’s classically trained and competed in piano contests from ages 10 to 17. She found a love for Jazz in 7th grade, and studied the language of great jazz pianists such as Oscar Peterson and Bill Evans, along with the arrangements of great composers such as Thad Jones, Duke Ellington, Charles Mingus and Ray Brown. She traveled the world performing music on cruise ships from the ages 19-21, and landed in Kaimuki, where she has built her career as a pianist, private music educator, orchestrator, and organist.
Christina will be joined by Eric Nakamoto and Micah Lewis.
